  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking for a dynamic Bursary Executive . Apply NOW, you might be the one we are looking for!

Job Description:

1. Manage all aspects of student fee and discount

2. Implement credit control measure to manage student outstanding

3. Coordinate loan application processes

4. Address student inquiries and provide financial counselling and guidance to students regarding debt management and financial aids option.

5. Maintain positive relationship with internal and external shareholders

6. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of bursary

7. Complete ad-hoc task when required

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial management, bursary, or student finance services. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Experience in student loan processing or fee management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of credit control and debt management principles.
  • Experience with student management systems (e.g., bursary/financial aid platforms).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to address student inquiries and offer financial guidance.
  • Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, student services, and external partners.
