  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Min. Diploma in Computer Science /Electrical /Electronic /Mechanical.
  • With or without relevant experience in Technical Support are encouraged to apply (Have experiences is advantages).
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Possess valid Driving License & own transport.

  • Willing to travel or work overtime when required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate and liaise on technical requirements, installation, and troubleshooting for cashless payment solutions across vending machines, laundry machines, EV charger stations, and carwash systems.
  • Provide onsite and remote service and technical support for cashless payment issues raised by customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems effectively.
  • Manage all aspects of onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and testing for cashless payment solutions.
  • Assist with loading and unloading containers for vending machines.
  • Generate timely and detailed service reports to document activities and outcomes.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance service satisfaction.
