- Min. Diploma in Computer Science /Electrical /Electronic /Mechanical.
- With or without relevant experience in Technical Support are encouraged to apply (Have experiences is advantages).
- Able to communicate in English.
- Possess valid Driving License & own transport.
- Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel or work overtime when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
Responsibility
- Coordinate and liaise on technical requirements, installation, and troubleshooting for cashless payment solutions across vending machines, laundry machines, EV charger stations, and carwash systems.
- Provide onsite and remote service and technical support for cashless payment issues raised by customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems effectively.
- Manage all aspects of onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and testing for cashless payment solutions.
- Assist with loading and unloading containers for vending machines.
- Generate timely and detailed service reports to document activities and outcomes.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance service satisfaction.
