Senior Executive - OneCRM

Responsibilities

• OneCRM Business Advocate:

• Act as the primary champion for OneCRM within the Malaysia & Singapore Business Unit.
• Oversee and manage data projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular cleansing and maintenance.
• Serve as the local administrator, delivering support and training to users.
• Data Analysis:
• Produce detailed sales reports to support operational activities.
• Analyze sales data to uncover trends and insights.
• Assist in preparation and generating forecast reports.
• Contribute to safety stock reviews by recommending optimal safety stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Pricing Management:
• Manage and optimize pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years sales experience within the construction or building materials industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is essential.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel; strong command of PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of information to sales representatives and managers.
