Operation Manager (Assistant)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversees company's overall operational system, processes, and infrastructure, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO compliance.
• Identify potential problems and areas of friction, devising solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Lead and manage operational teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations to achieve department objectives.
• Develop, implement, review, and oversee security, safety, operational policies, and procedures.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Oversee procurement processes and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management.
• Additional job task assigned by senior management team.

Qualifications & experience

• Min qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Operation Management or any other related field .
• 5-10 years of experience in operations or a similar role, often with prior supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Preferred candidates with experience in larger organizations or higher-level roles.
