Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain full set of accounts.
  • Maintain general ledger, account receivable, account payable, maintain proper filing of all payment vouchers and all other related documents.
  • Able to liaise and coordinate with Auditor for all financial reporting and tax/statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with and assist Accounts Manager where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • LCCI Bookkeeping Certs or Degree qualification equivalent.
  • Experience in using MYOB Accounting software an advantage.
  • Experience in E-invoicing an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English in speaking and writing
  • Experience in construction industry an advantage
