Job Responsibilities
- Maintain full set of accounts.
- Maintain general ledger, account receivable, account payable, maintain proper filing of all payment vouchers and all other related documents.
- Able to liaise and coordinate with Auditor for all financial reporting and tax/statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with and assist Accounts Manager where necessary.
Job Requirements
- LCCI Bookkeeping Certs or Degree qualification equivalent.
- Experience in using MYOB Accounting software an advantage.
- Experience in E-invoicing an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
- Experience in construction industry an advantage
