Job Description:
• To manage and handle full spectrum of account and finance matters of companies assigned.
• Prepare all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents and follow up process.
• Ensure accuracy of schedules, cash book, inter-co matrix and other relevant reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts for management review & compliance
purposes.
• Provide guidance to junior and assist in review of management accounts, tax and etc.
• Liaise with third party such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, banker, customers and suppliers,.
• Any ad-hoc task assignment related with financial and basic by management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/Degree or above in Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required (fresh graduate are encourage to apply).
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, 中文 (will be added advantage)
- Familiarity with accounting software (AutoCount) and systems is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Attention to details and well verse in double entry.
- Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges.
