Qualifications & experience

  • Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Logistic/CILT/Mass Comm/Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Logistic/CILT/Mass Comm/Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, clear and effective communication skill. Problem solver. Good people skill.
  • Experience with international logistics and customs regulations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Passionate, innovative and energetic

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and order fulfilment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the logistics and customer service functions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve customer service and logistics performance.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
  • Foster relationships with key customers and strategic partners to enhance collaboration and customer loyalty.
  • Stay current with industry trends and logistics best practices to drive continuous improvement in accordance with departmental objectives.
