Responsibilities:

1.Market Penetration:

  • Develop and execute strategies to introduce and expand the company’s nutraceutical products within pharmacy chain stores.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in pharmacy chains.
  • Secure contracts and agreements with pharmacy chains to carry the company’s product lines.

2.Sales Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement sales plans that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Analyze market data and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Develop promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales within pharmacy chains.

3.Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and other relevant stakeholders in pharmacy chains.
  • Act as the main point of contact for pharmacy chains, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

4.Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product rollout and consistent supply.
  • Provide feedback from pharmacy chains to internal teams to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.

5.Performance Monitoring:

  • Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.

6.Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Food Science, Herbal Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Nutritionist or any related discipline
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
  • Experience in selling to or working with pharmacy chain stores is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate who excellent in speak, read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently with less supervisory
  • Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline
