  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

About the Role

As a Head of Design or Head, Product Design, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product design team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Requirements

  • Mastered all aspects of the product design, such as crafting, pitching, managing, operations. Able to be hands on too when needed.

  • Able to lead on project level, product level and organisation level.

  • Solid experience to lead and inspire a diverse team of product designers, UX writers and researchers.

  • Mentoring, coaching team to bring out the best in them.

  • Be responsible not just on product design but for every customer touchpoint: OOH, key visuals.. etc.

  • Build rapport with every product owners within the organisation. Plus non product areas such as legal, compliance. Able to resolve issues and nuances of day to day business challenges.

  • Able to navigate ambiguity, solve difficult problems, finding solutions, and providing an actionable plan.

Qualifications

  • At least 20 years of experience in the design industry.

  • Previous experience of contributing to high impact project in the company.
