Responsibilities:
Technical Design: Design UPS system solutions tailored to customer specifications, adhering to design guidelines and relevant international standards.
Tender Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive tender plan to ensure timely delivery of all defined deliverables in alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and optimized cost estimates based on the specified technical solutions and client scope of supply.
Sales Strategy Support: Assist the Sales Team in formulating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Clarification Meetings: Represent the company in clarification meetings with domestic and international partners, contractors, consultants, and end users.
Collaboration with Partners: Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and agents in the region to ensure successful partnerships and cooperation.
Product Promotion: Continuously promote and sell power products and solutions to both existing and new customers, enhancing market presence and driving sales growth.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in:
- Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
- Engineering (Industrial)
- Engineering (Mechatronics) or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with UPS-related products is an advantage; however, experience in solution/system sales within the Oil & Gas and Power Plant industries will also be considered.
Skills:
- Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
