Responsibilities:
- Manage Gift with Purchase/Event staffing
- Understand key metrics for assessing engagement (turnovers, promotions, ) and regularly reviews progress and action plans
- Be a champion of change in support of Brand, Corporate, or Transformational Initiatives
- Support the execution of new initiatives from Global Sales Capability including Retail PDP and other tools and training in support of skills and career development
- Assist in developing and executing strategic programs for employees
- Develop and establish successful implementation of ImerCare Brand with existing and targeted new territories
- Develop a segment based approach in alignment with the divisions core competencies
- Develop business plans and initiatives including Mergers and Acquisitions
- Develop competitive intelligence analysis
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to increase external and internal growth and profitability whilst working with relevant team members to drive them to conclusion
Job Requirement:
- SPM and above
- Minimum 2 years of retail manager sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Proven sales track record
- Good interpersonal skills
- Independent, driven, possess initiative and optimistic
- A good team player
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry.
