Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting and administration task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Experienced in using SQL Accounting software will be an advantage
  • Able to work both independently and team player
  • Fast learner and possesses strong communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing account receivable, accounting data entry and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
  • To prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, and handling correspondence related to financial matters.
  • To prepare monthly financial reporting
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior or management
