Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling biologics within multinational companies (MNCs) and experience in private hospital coverage. You will be responsible for driving product sales, managing hospital accounts, and ensuring our products are included in targeted institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop professional relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Achieve sales targets and grow the market share of biologic products within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in private hospitals, including specialists, hospital administrators, and pharmacists.
  • Execute sales strategies to ensure product inclusion in targeted hospitals.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about product benefits and usage.
  • Manage the end-to-end hospital inclusion process, from product listing to procurement.
  • Regularly update and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards during the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in biologics within a multinational company (MNC).
  • Proven track record of success in private hospital coverage and hospital inclusion processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Willing to travel.
