Key Responsibilities:

  • Active involvement in all activities in the digital transformation of Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Develop comprehensive deployment project plan (dpp) and ensure completion of dpp within designated timeframe.
  • Manage system project by reviewing the User Requirement Document, coordinating system reviews between vendor and internal users as well as compilation of documents to derive the selection process.
  • Lead the coordination and compilation of User Acceptance Test (UAT).

Requirements:

  • A recognised Degree with at least 5 years of related working experience in project implementation preferably in the digitalisation of Human Resource Applications.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as a member of the team.
  • Well-versed with Malaysian labour laws.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills
  • Good writing skills and well-versed with Microsoft Office.
