QA Engineer - Contract Basis (have chance to convert to permanent)

Basic Requirement

• Bachelor Degree of Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, Sciences or equivalent.
• Those with experience in the manufacturing quality control will have an added advantage.
• Candidate at least must have 2 - 4 years' experience in related field.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Job scope

a) Handles and coordinate all QA issues and problem-solving activities.

b) Handle customers' complaints, support customer service, and maintain good relationships with the customers.

c) Involved internal QA process audits, ISO audits, product safety audits & external customer audits.

d) Supervise the QC Technicians and Inspectors on the QA activities (Inspection, repair machine & Equipment Calibration)

e) Conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations for yield and productivity improvements.

f) Process review & coordinate with related PIC to improve process

g) Set up new model inspection plan & perform reliability test

h) Coordinate new model process buy off and the validation of product quality

i) Improve inspection efficiency

j) Involve in expenses reduction activities

k) RoHS & REACH compliance verification

m) Make sure production follow UL, TUV & other related product safety regulations.
