Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered.
- Assists in sales and promotion planning and execution.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Monitor product orders and available stock to ensure timely supply to customers
- Manage airport promoters activation.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and achieve sales target
- Implement trade programs (GWP promotion, Tasting , Traininig)
- Wholesaler management engagement and communication
- Make monthly visitations to outlets and execute trade activities
- Source for new opportunities to increase brand presence
- Compile and report competitive activities and pricing as and when needed
- Ensure wholesaler payment collection are conducted on time
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing
- At least 5-10 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably food & beverages industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outgoing personality.
- To set own priorities in line with business needs and work constructively within the team and on your own initiative
Skills:
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Computuer skills – Microsof Excel , Word and Powerpoint.
- A person who possesses strong sense of responsibility and good in problem, solving.
- Able to work independent.
