Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered.
  • Assists in sales and promotion planning and execution.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Monitor product orders and available stock to ensure timely supply to customers
  • Manage airport promoters activation.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and achieve sales target
  • Implement trade programs (GWP promotion, Tasting , Traininig)
  • Wholesaler management engagement and communication
  • Make monthly visitations to outlets and execute trade activities
  • Source for new opportunities to increase brand presence
  • Compile and report competitive activities and pricing as and when needed
  • Ensure wholesaler payment collection are conducted on time
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably food & beverages industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outgoing personality.
  • To set own priorities in line with business needs and work constructively within the team and on your own initiative

Skills:

  • Good personality and communication skills.
  • Computuer skills – Microsof Excel , Word and Powerpoint.
  • A person who possesses strong sense of responsibility and good in problem, solving.
  • Able to work independent.
