Our curriculum and program developers work collaboratively with colleagues, ECE educators and researchers to develop curriculum, resources and tools to support teaching and learning. Our team further works with preschool leaders and teachers to ensure the delivery of educational value, support school learning communities, develop their practice and, provide STEM awareness and engagement activities that embrace the support of parents.

Job Description:

  • Develop a primary STEM program that is aligned with the leading practices.
  • Plan and conduct professional development courses for teachers.
  • Keep abreast with the latest teaching pedagogy and technologies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Visit kindergartens/customers to provide service and support.
  • Work with preschool teachers to understand, develop, and support their practice.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks/project.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Knowledge of current techniques and procedures used in the design and development of curriculum
  • Good computer (Microsoft Office) and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
  • Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
  • Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
  • Considerable knowledge of current literature, trends, and developments in the field
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum/programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Education/Teaching/Training; candidates with Degree in equivalent professional qualifications or Diploma in Education are also encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with teaching experience and/or curriculum development experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate, written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Applicant must own a car with a valid driving license
