- The intern is expected to fully focus on adaptation to working life, programme On-Job-Training (OJT), learn new hard and soft skills and present an impactful project relevant to the hiring department by the end of the programme.
- Assist in the Non-Executive & interns hiring.
- Assist in creating engaging and attractive job advertisements.
- Conduct preliminary screenings to access candidates’ qualifications and interest.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in organising and managing candidate data for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the recruitment activities coordination.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in HR-related matters.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office application.
