Operations Executive will play a crucial role in supporting on-site inspections, optimizing technician schedules, troubleshooting issues, liaising with the sales team, and ensuring top-notch customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, an educational background in Biology or Environmental Science, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Inspections:
- Conduct thorough inspections for existing and potential customers to identify pest-related issues.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations for pest control solutions.
- Document inspection findings and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Scheduling Optimization:
- Work closely with the Admin Executive, who serves as the main scheduler, to create and optimize schedules for the technician team.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and adjust schedules based on customer needs and technician availability.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Assist technicians in completing their jobs effectively by providing necessary support and resources.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure successful pest control treatments.
- Liaise with technicians to resolve any challenges that arise during service delivery.
- Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and service outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service provided, and follow-up actions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Sales Team Liaison:
- Liaise with the sales team after completing on-site inspections for potential customers.
- Communicate inspection results and potential service recommendations to the sales team.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services or programs based on inspection findings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from inspection to service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in customer service and operational roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Proficiency in scheduling and CRM software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Due to nature of job that might require staff to work alone or with others male colleagues at night on the site for troubleshooting , this position suitable for male candidates
