  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, schedule, and monitor crew lists and matrices.
  • Verify crew qualifications and document submissions for validity.
  • Arrange crewing transportation and accommodation during mobilization and demobilization.
  • Prepare and submit crew CV packages to clients for approval.
  • Prepare and compile monthly timesheets and ensure records are updated regularly.
  • Ensure crew training and certifications are up-to-date and comply with client requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with freelance crew to maintain long-term services.
  • Perform other related activities and special projects as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Logistics Management or equivalent.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in crewing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and positive work attitude.
