Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders upon receipt from the Project Manager.
- Coordinate and liaise with factories, department heads, and customers to ensure timely fulfilment of contractual requirements by both the customer and SSPL.
- Provide prompt feedback and updates to respective project managers on project progress.
- Communicate with customers regarding project-related issues as assigned.
- Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents as needed.
- Support the project manager in reviewing LC drafts and clarifying specifications in General Drawings.
- Support exhibition preparations such as TOC, VPA, etc.
- Manage supplier and customer registrations and compliance requirements.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to read and write in Mandarin is a MUST as this role required to deal with customers from China.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Candidates without direct experience but possessing a strong technical background are encouraged to apply.
