Brief

Our MKA Joycare Team is expanding! We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Executive to join our team in the health and beauty division. The incumbent would be looking into developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing communication channels, and enhancing brand presence of our healthy and beauty brands.

Corporate Branding & Marketing Support

  • Crafting branding and marketing strategies for business development, with the goal of boosting awareness and driving sales growth
  • Oversee and ensure all the creative development work and other marketing-related projects comply with the branding guideline
  • Provide design and conceptual support for marketing initiatives across various departments
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing support with the sales team including event, exhibition, sponsorship, new product launch, market research and other initiatives
  • Manage all the marketing collaterals order, production timeline and distribution to business partners
  • Process and manage marketing documentation such as customer order, contract tender, purchase order, payment and budget accrual

Digital Marketing

  • Maintain the website page content and page appearance, drive in traffic from social media and improve the visitor average time spent on site, reduce site bounce rate
  • Liaise with agency to identify market trends and develop interactive content to inspire our target group
  • Creating static image and video content for social media platforms, from conceptualization to execution
  • Analyse consumer insights, constantly evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategy for further improvement

Requirements

  • At least one year experience in the Health & Beauty / FMCG in a marketing and communications role would be an added advantage.
  • Strong desire to learn the ropes of the health and beauty industry.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with experience in content writing.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relevant experience of social media marketing.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality.

  • Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor
  • Working hours is 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
