We are looking for energetic and passionate Junior Programme Coordinator who will work closely with our Programme Delivery team for both Public and In-House Programmes. The Junior Programme Coordinator will report to Team Leader, Programme Support.

The scope of duties includes (but not limited to) the following:

  • Assist the events operations team on the Face to Face (F2F) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) process which includes the following:
    • Prepare registration files i.e sign in sheet, e-certificate, vouchers and workbook.
    • Compilation of day 1 evaluation feedback at the end of the first day of training for management and trainer (this must be done within one (1) day)
    • Scheduling of training via the VILT Platform i.e. MS Team/Zoom/Webex
    • Ability to conduct orientation sessions for trainers, clients, participants to introduce the features of the VILT platform before the start of the live course
    • Compilation of interesting training topics for the display of brochures.
    • Preparing and processing HRDC registration & claims
    • Preparing research compilation of report or evaluation of past portfolios.
  • 2. Conversion of trainer's exercise in Mural, Kahoot & Survey Gizmo

    3. Maintain and update departments administrative work process

    4. Co-facilitate classroom & oversee VILT training (LIVE) for both Public and In-House programs and adjusting to different time zone. i.e. evening/ night shift for clients that is based in their respective country

    5. Take on ad-hoc activities and projects with the event operations teams.

    6. To meticulously review the evaluation feedback of the classes and raise to the management if there is any issue occurred.
