Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Area Executive, Merchandisers and Promoters team to achieve the overall sales target set by the company, by maximizing promoters’ capacity with minimum promoters’ cost.
  • To ensure strict monitoring and following of company guidelines and recruitment procedures of the Promoters.
  • To set Area Executive monthly sales target and to ensure equitable allocations of such targets to assigned area in accordance to its sales potential.
  • To ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of documents and reports to the HR Dept for processing, i.e. approved staff requisition forms, application forms employee declaration forms, resignation letters, MC claims and others.
  • To identify the need for training, develop training modules and conduct training sessions for both Area Executives and Promoters.
  • To attend to Promoters’ problems and welfare matters, to ensure good attendance, grooming and good job discipline is established at all times.
  • To make random visits to outlets and to perform audit checks on promoters work performance and to feedback to Area Executive for immediate rectification.
  • To manage company warehouse sales, monthly arrangement of standee, wobbler, monthly instore gift etc.
  • To organize and conduct Area Executive meeting.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have at least 3-4 years relevant experience, preferably those from beauty, FMCG or healthcare industry.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
  • Dynamic, energetic and sales oriented.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Sales and Business Development.
  • Good communication skills with all levels of people
  • Proficiency computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
