  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma, Good computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)…etc.
  • Two or more years of experience working in a hotel, clerical, or sales. Previous experience working in a similar role.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process. Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Create and manage Company and Travel Agent profiles on the property management system. File and retrieve documents and reference materials. Conduct research and collect data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials are available at all times. Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or the management.
