To be successful in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Minimum SPM, LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accounting/Business Admin/Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in administrative or accounting role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. Mandarin is the core communication language because majority of our core clients are Mandarin speakers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people.
  • Highly responsive relationship with managements.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

You will play an important role, such as:

  • Prepare payments, amounts and ensure records are correct.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Payroll processing and filing.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department.
