Job description:
- Assist in designing and developing travel packages and itineraries.
- Research market trends, destinations, and customer preferences.
- Maintain product information, pricing, and availability in the system.
- Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, and transport services to negotiate rates and availability.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to promote travel products.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations and deliveries.
- Assist with promotional materials, updating brochures, and maintaining the website
- Prepare reports on product performance, sales, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of product details, pricing, and sales trends.
- Conduct regular training / briefing to relevant department on any new products / services
- To carry out any other job function given by management from time to time
Requirement:
- Experience in travel industry or product management is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office and travel management systems.
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, good organizational and multitasking skills
- Meticulous And Able To Work Under Pressure
- Entry Level candidates or new to workforce with the right attitude will also be considered.
