Job description:

  • Assist in designing and developing travel packages and itineraries.
  • Research market trends, destinations, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain product information, pricing, and availability in the system.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, and transport services to negotiate rates and availability.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to promote travel products.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations and deliveries.
  • Assist with promotional materials, updating brochures, and maintaining the website
  • Prepare reports on product performance, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of product details, pricing, and sales trends.
  • Conduct regular training / briefing to relevant department on any new products / services
  • To carry out any other job function given by management from time to time

Requirement:

  • Experience in travel industry or product management is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office and travel management systems.
  • Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous And Able To Work Under Pressure
  • Entry Level candidates or new to workforce with the right attitude will also be considered.
