Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Position: Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable including collection, customer claims, settlement of UD and AR reporting.
  • Managing and perform day to day accounting functions in various section, i.e. Account Payable (process invoices via Esker System), General Ledger and Account Receivables
  • Ensure timely closing of month-end / quarterly account to meet the date line
  • Preparing month-end / quarterly analysis and reporting
  • Other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned and required by Management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalents
  • Fresh Graduate or candidate with 1 year experience in Account Payable will be added advantage
  • Responsible, details oriented and positive working attitude
  • Multitasking, fast learner, able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
  • A committed team player and strong desire to learn.
