Responsibilities:

  • To assist in billing including drafting and preparing Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice, and filing.
  • To assist in applying government license and permit such as diesel license and export related license.
  • Manage application and renewal of license and works permit.
  • Manage export sales cycle and provide monthly sales report.
  • Perform office administration duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining office stationeries stock level, attending bank and other utilities matters as and when required.
  • Key in staff claim, prepare staff claim payment.
  • General administration and ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in any field from a recognize higher learning institution
  • At least 2 years of working experience of similar role
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and organized, strong planning and prioritization abilities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Positive working attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Liaison with Auditor, Company Secretary, Bankers, and Govt bodies
  • Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
