  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Release & Support Engineer

  • Experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on complex enterprise-level applications in a fast-paced environment within set timeframes.

  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment, utilizing available resources to solve problems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key requirements:

  • Availability to work on Malaysian public holidays (with 2 days of annual leave granted for each public holiday worked).
  • Ability to start work between 6 AM - 8 AM (MYT), ending between 3 PM - 5 PM (MYT).
  • Willingness to provide after-hours support during scheduled software updates/releases (approximately once a month).
