Job Purpose

To support the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team, specializing in Software Testing spectrum.

Main Tasks

Assisting Team Leader on creation of test plans, Unit testing of new processes, System testing, User acceptance testing, User Training and application release.
To take corrective action if the testing result is not satisfactory.
Participate in the creation of ideas at improving procedures that contribute to increased software performance.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders on software design specifications and feedback to resolve any issue that arises.
To collaborate with fellow software engineers at developing and maintaining software programs in accordance to the design requirements gathered via feedback from users.
Work closely with team member(s) to provide input and feedback on Software documentation, User Manual and Technical manual and to resolve any issues that arise.
Report and communicate timely to Team Leader on work progress and matters.
Respond to both internal and external customers in a timely and effectively manner on work related matters.
To assist at conducting first level user training and software implementation.
To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a Degree, Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience in, or related to C#, .Net technology and software development.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Proficient in writing test plans and creating test cases for Systems.
Experience with Chrome DevTools, Postman.
Experience in Conducting quality assurance and designing performance tests.
Basic knowledge on software development.
Applicant must be willing to work at Taman Melawati office.
