IT Manager (Based in Quezon City, Philippines)

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and oversee the IT department, ensuring the effective operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, network reliability, and system efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Supervise and train IT staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle technical issues and support the company's technology needs.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of IT systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate IT systems and solutions with poultry operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and data management.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on IT operations, performance metrics, and project progress to senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field is an advantage. Experience in other fields is also encouraged.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication (oral and written), problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with integrating IT systems into poultry operations or similar industries is preferred.
