Project Engineer (Pipeline Engineer)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in onshore pipeline system design.
• Expertise in pipeline engineering and familiarity with relevant design codes.
• Knowledge of international pipeline design standards.
• Experience with regulatory authorities and procurement processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adequate technical knowledge of basic pigging and pipeline inspection concepts, or knowledge in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience in non-related technical areas that may contribute to project management or operational activities will also be considered.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in the Philippines and Bintulu.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for collaborating with various disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas standards, such as Petronas PTS and Shell DEP.
• Responsible for developing and using engineering standards, procedures, and forms for engineering design and production fabrication.
• Responsible for controlling and monitoring job costs and schedules to meet completion dates, customer technical specifications, and internal technical specifications.
• Support plant start-up and commissioning activities, troubleshooting on-site.
• Coordinate on-site construction progress, maintain good communication with relevant teams and suppliers, and resolve issues during project execution.
