Summary of Job Role

This role will be part of our client delivery team in Malaysia, providing payroll processing and support to our HR outsourcing clients in Asia Pacific region. Involved in the full cycle of payroll processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation, preparing payroll accounting. Job Description

  • Responsible to perform the full spectrum of payroll functions such as processing wages, statutory submission, annual tax filing, payroll adjustments, and other related matters
  • Update and maintain employee’s records in the system related to payroll
  • Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
  • Create new employee personal particulars entry, update employees data and ensure data accuracy in Human Resource Information system
  • Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters including provide payroll related information for audit purpose to auditors.
  • Record employee benefits and deductions in software.
  • Perform investigation of discrepancies and errors in payroll system
  • Ensure company equipment and facilities are well function and maintained.
  • Perform ad-hoc work when assigned

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experiences in related filed & position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft excel.
  • Analytical & strategic thinker.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Meticulous and good with numbers
  • Have good organization skills
