JOB DESCRIPTIONS - WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
- To manage and be responsible for a smooth day to day logistics warehouse operations and administration in goods receiving, picking, put away, stock in, checking and packing for delivery, Inventory counts.
- Sustain and continuously improve on standard of quality and productivity towards customer expectations and company targets
- Responsible in manpower planning and staff training to achieve cost effectiveness while maintaining with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of warehouse/receiving and distribution of goods area all the time.
- Collaborate with subordinates and other department to ensure that company goals are met.
- Keep track of the receiving and outgoing of goods/material to ensure the accuracy of the stocks and record.
- Monitor inventory movement of batteries according to FIFO.
- Coordinate and manage periodic cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage 3rd party Transporter on POD return and filing.
- Provide guidance and coaching to the subordinates to get the job done and fulfil the requirement of the Head of Department.
- To ensure that daily distribution/delivery of goods are done on time and meets Delivery KPI.
- Lead Half Yearly stock count planning and counting.
- Manage 3rd Party delivery service provider to ensure efficient delivery and review route planning basis to minimize delivery failure.
- Resolving customer complaint in professional manner and drive continuous improvement plan.
- Perform other related tasks as and when required by the Head of Department.
