  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
Robotic Engineer act as technical key contact who is responsible to provide post-sales technical supports to customer in order to resolve technical issues/enquiries and fully responsible for delivering world-class service standards.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Application support for various robotic arm, electrical wiring and mechanical assembly.
  • Provide post-sales technical support to business partner/customer to resolve technical queries for company product.
  • Provide/propose solution to customer on application inquiry.
  • Support sales team to handle customer technical queries.
  • Provide technical clarification to customer when required.
  • Setup and manage technical seminar or product demonstration to customer.
  • Prepare and conduct technical presentation/training for event or customer visit.
  • Identify product issue & liaise with oversea supplier and prepare warranty claim report if necessary.
  • Technical activities report to be generated weekly.

People Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or related qualification.
  • Basic programming knowledge in PLC/PC Base language.
  • Familiar with motors, sensors, and other relevant instrumentation technologies.
  • Experience in Robotics control systems and software.
  • 1 year experience in related field will be an advantage.
  • Require language: English, Bahasa Melayu.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a team player in a dynamic & challenging environment.
  • Possess own car for local customer travelling.
  • Require to travel outstation or oversea(lesser) when needed.
  • Based in Bayan Lepas, Pinang
