  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meeting with the product design team to determine product testing parameters.
  • Writing test plans and creating test cases for the product.
  • Conducting quality assurance and designing performance tests using the new testing procedures.
  • Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
  • Writing up the final test procedures for the technicians and operators.
  • Training and providing technical support when needed.
  • Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry ISO standard.
  • Preparing test reports for management.

Authority

  • To alert production to cease if BOM or Change Request Deliverables are not met.
  • Provide Part registration, BOM and ECN for SAP data entry person to update.
  • Reject FA sample or report from supplier if not complying with customer requirements, form fitting or Change Request Deliverables.
  • Under circumstances where concession is applied to alert production HOD to cease until approval is received.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma, Degree, or relevant in Mechanical, Electric, Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Science & Technology.
  • Knowledge in TS16949 & experience in Automotive industry is a must.
  • Experience in MS Office, APQP and PPAP etc will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field;
  • Work experience as a test engineer.
  • Familiarity with testing tools including Arduino, TestStand, and LabVIEW.
  • It is an advantage with knowledge with diagramming software.
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to project manage, troubleshooting and think out of the box.
  • High-level technical writing skills.
  • Highly dedication on job assigned.
  • Discipline and self-starter with less supervision.
  • Communicate at all levels.
  • Positive on continuous improvement activities.
  • Manage a group of Technicians.
