  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage on-site activities specifically for high-rise construction, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the approved architectural plans, specifications, and high-rise construction standards.
  • Monitor and control site operations to ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, with emphasis on high-rise building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with the M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) team to ensure seamless integration of architectural and M&E works, particularly in high-rise-specific systems like elevators, fire safety, and HVAC.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation, tailored to the requirements of high-rise projects.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure that all architectural works meet the required standards and specifications, with a focus on high-rise construction challenges such as wind load, foundation stability.
  • Review and verify the work performed by subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and consistency, particularly in high-rise structural components.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with local health and safety regulations and high-rise building standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and site diaries, with detailed documentation of high-rise-specific issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, site conditions, and any issues or delays encountered in the high-rise construction.
  • Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with high-rise regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of materials, equipment, and labor resources on-site, with a focus on the logistics of high-rise construction.
  • Ensure that resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively to meet project objectives, addressing the unique challenges of high-rise projects such as crane operation, staging areas, and vertical material transport.
  • Work closely with the project team to resolve any design or construction conflicts that arise during the high-rise project.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, with a focus on high-rise construction projects.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering high-rise construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications, with a focus on high-rise building plans.
