Accountant

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Prepare and ensure accurate and timely reporting on monthly, quarterly & yearly subsidiaries management accounts & financial statement.
2. Responsible for Finance operational matters.
3. Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with Group policies, regulatory laws and rule for financial and tax reporting.
4. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting records, financial statements and other financial schedules & reports.
5. Analyse business operation, trend, cost, revenues and financial commitments.
6. Coordinate, resolve & follow up with the inter-departmental matters;
7. Prepare tax return, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
8. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and etc.
9. Monitoring and analyse budget.
10. Prepare bank reconciliation.
11. To undertake ad-hoc assignments from time to time assigned.
12. Preferably candidate with experience as Assistant Manager and above.
