  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary:

Lumileds is seeking an intern who are willing to take responsibility and challenges in the Project base manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be assisting multiple Project Owners on the Cost Saving and Industry 4.0 related Projects initiatives with Lumileds Manufacturing Dept.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform UPH time study for UPH and OEE data analysis.
  • Layout planning and preparation with facility and EHS team.
  • Carry productivity improvement project.
  • Drive machine ramp plan. Follow up and update ramp roadmap status to both internal and external customers in consistent basis.
  • Coordinate project initiatives through attending meetings, video calls and on-site production visit.
  • Work with supporting groups, such as Process Engineering, Facility, Equipment Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain, on required technical supports.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

  • Good in verbal and written communication skills, English / Malay language.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering / Data Science / Statistic / Business Analytics / Mathematics or other engineering disciplines.
  • Computer skills proficiency: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
  • AutoCad layout drawing skills.
  • Data analysis and PowerPoint preparation.

Education (Minimum Level)

  • Bachelor's

Field of Study

  • Industrial Engineering / Data Science / Statistic / Mathematics / Data Analysis
