  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company's policies, accounting standard systems comply with Company's policies, accounting standard procedures, and related statutory and tax requirements.
  • Manage full spectrum of accounting functions, including budget, audit, internal and external reporting.
  • Prepare and update Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger & monthly financial management reports.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary & regulatory bodies to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Handle petty cash transactions, bank deposits and withdrawals and monitor daily bank balances & cash flow.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies, manage debtor & creditor aging & prepare payment vouchers, cheques, online banking payments, claims & commission payments.
  • Any other accounting & management duties assigned by the management occasionally.

Requirements

  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Skills advantageous to have: MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Meticulous & responsible
  • Good communication and problem solving skill
  • Good team player
  • Preferably able to speak Malay, English & Mandarin.
