  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to drive business growth.
  • Sales & Marketing: Manage sales negotiations, lease agreements, and marketing activities.
  • Risk & Pricing: Assess risks and set pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Compile and analyse market data to support business strategies.
  • Local Insights: Monitor and report on relevant developments in Sarawak and nationally.
  • Documentation: Manage records and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from recognised institutions or higher learning.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years in management/leadership role in marketing and business development.
  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, with a track record of organising successful campaigns/business development.
  • Ability to manage budgets, financial forecasting, resource allocation; and develop/execute business plans.
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders and build rapport with clients.
