  • Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for procuring all materials required for the project, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of materials to meet project needs.
    • Track the execution of purchase orders, maintain communication with suppliers, and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery.
    • Manage and record statistics of purchased materials, including centralized procurement and spare parts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Oversee and record daily incoming materials, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure correct receipt and timely entry of materials.
    • Handle and coordinate daily emergency procurement tasks, address urgent material needs promptly to prevent project delays.

    3. Procurement Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage internal operations related to procurement, including verifying inventory, conducting equipment inspections, and managing the dispatch of spare parts.
    • Supervise and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods. Manage schedules, address any issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate smooth procurement processes. Maintain effective communication, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise.
    • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and procedures. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure that service levels meet company standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory reports. Prepare and present reports on procurement performance and metrics.
    • Work closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of procurement activities with overall business objectives.
