- Manage and record statistics of purchased materials, including centralized procurement and spare parts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and record daily incoming materials, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure correct receipt and timely entry of materials.
- Handle and coordinate daily emergency procurement tasks, address urgent material needs promptly to prevent project delays.
3. Procurement Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage internal operations related to procurement, including verifying inventory, conducting equipment inspections, and managing the dispatch of spare parts.
- Supervise and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods. Manage schedules, address any issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate smooth procurement processes. Maintain effective communication, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and procedures. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure that service levels meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory reports. Prepare and present reports on procurement performance and metrics.
