  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Due to market growth, they're looking for an experienced Regional Talent Management Specialist (APAC) to manage their talent cycle based in Kuala Lumpur office. With a vision of being the market leader, they're currently expanding and looking for an experienced talent to be a part of the growth plan.


Your new role

As a Regional Talent Management Expert, you'll be required to manage the whole talent cycle, to strategically identify, engage, develop, review and retain those individuals who have the potential to be of the greatest value to an organisation for APAC regions. Your responsibility involves developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies and programs such as succession planning, performance management, development strategies to support the business's growth. You'll be the working closely with regional stakeholders in crafting and deployment talent management framework within this role, hence a hands-on person will be highly preferred within this role.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 4 years' of experience within Talent Management or related role.
  • Working experience in a large organisation is highly preferred.
  • Adapt at different talent management strategies and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ambitious, passionate in talent management, independent and proactive personality.
