Responsibilities:

Act as the right-hand to the management, providing administrative and personal support.

Handle communication and coordination with farmers and resort stakeholders in Cameron Highlands.

Assist in managing resort operations and addressing issues on-site.

Regularly travel outstation to visit farms, resorts, and related businesses.

Liaise with local authorities regarding farming and resort regulations in Ipoh and Cameron Highlands.

Provide language support in Cantonese, Mandarin, or other relevant dialects for effective communication.

Maintain an organized schedule and ensure all meetings, appointments, and tasks are efficiently managed.

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, report preparation, and correspondence.


Requirements:

Must be male, preferably Chinese.

Willingness to travel outstation frequently, including remote and rural areas.

Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or other local dialects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with farming practices and resort management, particularly in Cameron Highlands and Ipoh.

Basic knowledge of local rules and regulations for farming and resorts in Ipoh.

Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Preferred Skills:

Experience in dealing with farmers or resort operations is an advantage.

Administrative experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
