To provide leadership, direction and control for the success of Sales team (Modern Trade) in order to ensure the realization of the short-term sustainability and long-term growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and identify the growth levers for each key account (Modern Trade Retailers) in order to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and drive the Sales Team to achieve the company’s sales targets within budgeted expenditure.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies which include sales forecasts to achieve business sustainability in line with the parameters agreed with the Management.
  • Manage and control approved budgets to ensure effective and efficient utilization as well as with highest ROI.
  • Engage and develop strong relationship with all key customers to ensure maximum customers' satisfaction.
  • Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities (e.g. new customer, new products range, & etc.)
  • Coach and develop sales team capabilities in term of skills & competencies as well as Technical & Products Knowledge.
  • Collaborate with inter department to ensure effective & efficient operation as well as supply chain process.
  • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree holder of any business discipline.
    • More than 8 years working experiences in managerial level in sales and marketing
