Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and business development targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners and clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • To effectively work with the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, we specifically need candidates who are familiar with Mandarin. Fluent communication in English and Malay is also required. We expect you to have a good understanding of and be able to adapt to the cultural backgrounds of these markets.
