To develop new customers from Foodservice channel, ultimately conversion to our brand, and continue to grow businesses in the future. To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions/ideas providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvement to customers. To assist and support for new product development (NPD) in order to meet customer needs and expectations. Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints. Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory. To maintain close rapport with relevant personnel with internal stakeholders & external stakeholders to resolve challenges, issues and queries, if arise. Performs other administrative works duties as assigned or required. Able to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective interpersonal skills to interface with the necessary internal and external stakeholders Experience in managing distributors is preferred.
