Job Description

  • Review and improve Company and departmental policies and SOPs including Employee Handbook, forms and user guide control.
  • Conduct and manage outlet and department review to assess adequacy of internal control system, and prepare review report.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
  • Conduct CCTV investigation and generate report on outlet incident.
  • Perform analytical analysis on EBI system reports.
  • Handle special assignment/ad-hoc assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Finance in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in external & internal quality audit.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel upon request.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Full-time 1 position available.
