- Handle customer enquiries via phone call, email and social media.
- Provide prompt and professional response to customer inquiries.
- Assist customer to select the best design / customization required.
- Provide the best solution to customer.
- Attend to customer needs and follow up.
- Processing orders from customer.
- Stock inventory management
- Communicate well and clearly with production and delivery team.
- Always keep confidentiality of customer information and data.
- Ad hoc duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the management
